My First...

... Pregnancy update that is. Funny how I haven't really talked about all my pregnancy symptoms in detail yet.

So far, I'm pretty much done with nausea, throwing up, migraines (oh crossing my fingers I don't want to jinx it!), sensitivity to smell and adverse dislike for certain foods. Thank God.

I am now on to bidding farewell to my high heels and pencil cut skirts and saying hello to unbuttoned pants and maternity tops. Together with this comes a truckload of laziness and whole face covered with zits.

Insomnia has come around the corner too. I've found myself awake at 2 or 3 in the morning so full of energy, as if my mind were so alive. Give it an hour or 2 and then I find myself in dreamland having the hardest time kicking myself awake to get ready for work.

The baby has been doing its job of kicking every once in a while. I feel light flicks through my tummy throughout the day. Pretty exciting.

And then there's this whole paranoia thing I have also been facing. The what if's. What if the baby isn't healthy? What is it comes out not complete? What if there's something wrong? what if I have a miscarriage? Gaaaad.

I've been doing pretty normal for a pregnant gal so far.

No tummy pictures yet. Soon.

I miss those times...wasn't thrilled while I was going through it but I now recall them with fondness.

You're so lucky to be pregnant. :)

If you crave anything from Texas that can fit into an envelop, be sure to holler.

So glad to hear you're passed the nausea. That part drove me nuts. I also went through the worry phase. Worrying that everything would go wrong. It lasted the full 9 months.

Hang in there!

Can't wait to see belly pics :)

I'm glad you're over the nausea, migraines and sensitivity to selected taste and smell.

The changes that you are experiencing are part of pregnancy. These little sacrifices will all be worth it.

God bless.

Oh, Louann! So glad your pregnancy is going well! You are sooooooooo lucky to have passed all the nausea and food aversions! I had ALL DAY sickness for the first 4 months! I'm now in month 5, so that's only been one month of not being sick!!! LOL!

I find myself worrying about EVERYTHING! I know the stress isn't good for the baby, but I just can't help worrying about all the what ifs! *sigh* 4 more months to go for me...and then a new set of worries and what ifs to be had! ;) That's just me. I am a worrier! LOL! I still do the toilet paper test every time I pee! I scared myself the other day. I noticed my pee and the toilet paper were reddish pink...then I realized it was because I ate a whack load of beets that day! LOL! Okay, that was too much information, wasn't it!?
